Brianna Forbes, M.F.T. Intern IMF #51088; Supervised by Daniel Carr, M.F.T. license #31037
Philosophy Therapy is about exploring yourself and the way you interact with those around you in order to create opportunities for greater experience in the world. This process of exploration causes you to develop an awareness of yourself and for opportunities already existing around you. My therapy style is eclectic, meaning that I will utilize different therapeutic styles and techniques depending on the problem presented. I believe that you already know what you need to be happy and I will give you the tools to get there. Therapy happens outside of the therapy room, between sessions, and the catalyst for change is you.
